When Payment is Due

Payment is required at the time of your visit, once your consultation or treatment is complete. For procedures and surgery, we will provide an estimate beforehand and may ask for a deposit when you book.

For any planned procedure we will give you a written estimate so you know what to expect. Costs can occasionally change if we find something unexpected during treatment - if that happens, we will always talk to you first wherever possible.

Pet Insurance

Pet insurance can take the worry out of unexpected vet bills. We are happy to provide the itemised invoices and records you need to make a claim. If you are considering insurance, ask us and we can point you in the right direction.
